Overview
Our client is a well-established public accounting firm that offers innovative and specialised financial services to the Darling Downs region. They are seeking a Business Services Accountant with four or more years of experience to join the team. This client-oriented opportunity will allow you to work within a forward-thinking team that predominantly services the agricultural, medical and wholesale industries.
Responsibilities
1. Providing financial advice and assistance to small and medium-sized businesses;
2. Advising and supporting clients on taxation, compliance, reporting and general financial matters;
3. Maintaining client relationships to provide continuous high-quality assistance; and
4. Liaising with the ATO and other regulatory bodies on client matters.

To be successful in the role
13. At least four years of experience in a public practice environment;
14. A client-centric approach, along with exceptional communication and time management skills;
15. The confidence and ability to work with a diverse range of clientele;
16. Experience in Xero or other equivalent accounting software.
