Store Manager and Cluster Manager Various Adelaide Locations The Body Shop Australia is currently recruiting for Store Managers at various locations across Adelaide. You'll be an inspirational leader with enthusiasm for our brand and a strong belief in our business approach. With exceptional beauty retail expertise, you will drive store performance, lead your team to deliver retail excellence, achieve strong sales results, and provide an engaging customer experience. One of these positions, ideally at Westlakes, will also serve as our Cluster Manager for all stores across Adelaide. Current Salaries Based on Store Grading: Store Manager Westlakes: $64,500 + super
Store Manager Colonnades: $62,500 + super

Your role in a nutshell: Store Manager: To be an inspirational leader passionate about our brand and committed to our business philosophy. Your retail expertise will guide your store and team to achieve retail excellence, strong sales, and memorable customer experiences.
Key duties of a Store Manager: Customer Experience: Shape a customer-focused store environment by leading the team to drive engagement and bring the brand to life. Performance: Meet sales and performance targets through excellent planning and organization. Operations: Manage stock effectively and monitor change management processes. Expertise: Possess comprehensive knowledge of the beauty market, competitors, and demonstrate passion for our products. Teamwork and People Management: Communicate effectively, manage teams confidently, and attract and retain staff who embody our brand values. Cluster Manager Role: Support a group of stores to achieve profitability by enhancing sales and controlling costs. Build effective relationships within the store cluster and work closely with the State Manager. The role involves a hybrid of store visits (spending 3 days every two weeks in the field) and administrative duties, supporting store teams to operate effectively during your absence.
Reporting to the SA/WA State Manager (based in Perth), responsibilities include:
Supporting Store Managers with daily, weekly, and monthly processes Achieving sales and KPI benchmarks Managing wage budgets Recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and training outside of Store Managers, in conjunction with the State Manager Providing feedback, coaching, and action plans during store visits and coaching calls Ensuring compliance with service standards, visual merchandising, inventory, and company policies Reviewing reports and providing feedback to the State Manager and stores Sharing customer and VM feedback with the State Manager Managing weekly administrative tasks related to national and state projects Working Relationships & Interfaces: State Manager and Store Managers within the region Incentives for meeting KPIs and store targets Service rewards for loyal employees Up to 3 Kindness Days per year for volunteering Learning and Development Programs Candidate Profile: Confident in meeting sales and performance targets Excellent planning and organizational skills Ability to use data for sound business decisions Team coaching and development skills Outstanding communication and operational skills Leadership qualities to drive success Flexible to work across Sunday to Saturday Retail and people leadership experience preferred Experience: Proven leadership as a Senior Store Manager with expertise in all business facets Deep knowledge of store products Alignment with company values Competence in policies, procedures, stock management, visual merchandising, and safety standards A passion for developing people and building strong relationships to maximize performance Diversity Statement: At The Body Shop, we believe in equality and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
