ABOUT THE ROLEJoin a team of skilled PBS Practitioners in a supportive environment that champions your professional growth. As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you’ll work with NDIS participants of all ages, delivering services across community, clinic, and telehealth settings—supported by a collaborative Multi-Disciplinary Team. Based inTownsville, you’ll also enjoy the flexibility to work in-home, in-clinic, and out in the community.This role is all about improving quality of life—for individuals and those around them. With that being said, there are a few requirements for our PBS practitioners, which are:You hold a relevant bachelor's degree(e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Counselling, Social, Disability, Teaching or Social Sciences)Endorsed as‘Proficient’or above against the PBS Capability Framework(evidence of letter of suitability from the NDIS Commission also required)You have full Australian working rightsYou have prior experience in community, private or acute settings.You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licenseYou have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with children check.ABOUT USNational 360 provides high-quality Allied Health services to clients of all ages and abilities within the NDIS, Aged-Care, and Insurance sectors.
