Sales & Events Executive
to join our Broadbeach precinct, driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional events across our premium venues – Cora Restaurant & Bar, The Beach Hotel, and The Club House.
About the Venue
Our newly redeveloped Broadbeach precinct is home to some of the Gold Coast's most exciting venues.
The Beach Hotel
brings a fresh, elevated take on the local pub experience, featuring a stunning new beer garden, luxury gaming lounge, and state-of-the-art sports bar with wall-to-wall screens.
Cora Restaurant & Bar
delivers an upmarket bistro experience, blending modern Australian flavours with creative cocktails and attentive, genuine service. It's the perfect balance of sophistication and warmth – a true celebration of great food, flavour, and atmosphere.
The Club House
is our dedicated events and private dining space, offering corporate and social guests a stylish, versatile setting for their most important occasions.
About the Opportunity
As our
Sales & Events Executive
, you'll be the bridge between business development and event delivery – managing everything from initial enquiry through to post-event review.
Key Responsibilities
Driving revenue
by converting enquiries into confirmed bookings across social, corporate, and group segments.
Building client relationships
that lead to repeat business and glowing referrals.
Scoping and planning events
end-to-end – menus, AV, floor plans, and run sheets that deliver seamless execution.
Preparing and managing BEOs
(Banquet Event Orders) with accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail.
Collaborating with internal teams
(Culinary, Bar, Operations, Marketing) and external vendors to ensure every event runs flawlessly.
Delivering on-day excellence
, overseeing set-up, guest experience, and brand presentation.
Contributing to marketing campaigns
, open days, and promotional initiatives that build precinct visibility and event sales.
This role offers the chance to blend sales strategy, creative planning, and hands-on event coordination within a high-energy, supportive team.
Based onsite in Broadbeach, this is a
full-time position
rostered
Tues-Sat, 12 pm-8 pm
; evening and weekend availability is essential.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in
event sales or coordination
(preferably within hospitality, hotels, or venues).
Strong
client relationship management
and negotiation skills.
Excellent
organisational and communication
abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
Confidence with event systems/CRMs such as
iVvy, SevenRooms
, or similar.
A proactive, solution-focused approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
