Required Technical Skills
* 6 - 10+ years. of experience across analytics, data analysis, risk, remediation programs, or regulated delivery environments, with demonstrated team leadership and delivery ownership
* Experience working with large datasets in payroll or related domains.
* Experience with cloud data platforms ( e.g. AWS, Snowflake, etc.).
* Experience in one or more of the following areas would
* Payroll data and analytics (preferred) .
* Remediation analytics (e.g. customer remediation, regulatory reporting, complaints or similar regulated environments) .
* Dashboarding and reporting (preferably Power BI ).
* Exposure to ML / AI techniques and tools, particularly for future use cases such as proactive detection of payroll compliance issues
* High attention to detail : ability to work with precision and accuracy on sensitive colleague-impact datasets
* Strong problem-solving analytical approaches; ability to break down complex issues and develop structured analytical approaches
* Ownership and accountability: takes responsibility for deliverables, timelines, and handovers. Proactive in identifying, escalating, and managing risks.
* Strong critical thinking; ability to review and challenge business requirements constructively.
* Effective verbal and written communication; can clearly articulate logic, risks, and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
* Collaboration: work well with cross functional (technical and non-technical) and cross location teams.
