Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow and completion of projects in our Creative Studio. This includes effectively communicating briefs and messages between departments and studio team members to ensure that projects are understood and expectations are met.
You will also advocate for the continual improvement of workflow, ensuring that the studio team adheres to processes and meets deadlines by maintaining an active weekly work-in-progress list. Additionally, you will be responsible for coaching and leading your studio team to success by sharing your expertise and ideas to align with our Brand's vision and DNA.
Key Performance Indicators:
* Ensuring project schedules are produced and managed efficiently
* Booking creative shoots and managing workload to meet studio deadlines
* Coaching and inspiring a team of like-minded individuals to deliver innovative and creative solutions
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A demonstrated background or experience in VM, Photography, Styling, Graphic Design, or Finished Art roles in ecommerce
* Proven experience producing and managing project schedules, preferably for ecommerce shoots
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Proven leadership experience and ability to coach and inspire a team
* Ability to find solutions and make confident decisions
* Ability to prioritize and manage the workload of a team to ensure studio deadlines are met
