* Scanning and record-keeping tasks include digitizing documents, organizing digital files, and ensuring seamless access to critical information.
As an integral member of our team, you will assist the Total Care Nursing Services Team with operational support, guaranteeing that workers have the necessary equipment and resources to deliver exceptional client services.
Key qualifications for this role include:
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
* Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* A neat and clean appearance, reflecting positively on our organization and promoting a professional work environment.
The ideal candidate will prioritize documentation accuracy, manage their time efficiently, demonstrate punctuality and reliability, and hold a current Police check within the last 12 months or be willing to obtain one prior to employment. Additionally, they should possess a valid visa to work in Australia.
