About the role The Website Experience Specialist collaborates with a wide range of internal stakeholders and designs and delivers customer-centric website experiences. The role undertakes UX/UI designs for website enhancements, implements them in our enterprise CMS, and leverages data and analytics to inform design decisions and measure impact. Day to day you will Engage with stakeholders about new or the review of existing website sections to achieve a cohesive appearance and customer experience of the Australian Red Cross website, with the goal to standardise our website layouts where possible. Drive website sections uplifts regarding structure, content and layouts by gathering input, requirements, own analysis and best practice Support with project management of digital campaigns and projects Create UX/UI designs based on our existing website components/ modules catalogue in the Content Management System (CMS) as well as based on our standardised templates in alignment with our Global Experience Language for our digital channels. Project manage the integrated delivery of web and digital deliverables such as website sections uplifts, new landingpages and campaign elements across internal (such as creative and marketing teams) and - where required - external agencies. Set-up new and update existing website pages in the Content Managment System (CMS), in alignment with our website content management conventions with support of the broader team. Maintain and update website content in the CMS, and ensure that all content is on-strategy, on-brand and published in a timely manner. What you will bring Excellent discipline knowledge gained through experience in creating website UX/UI wireframes and layouts with existing content management system components/ modules with a mobile first approach. Several years UX/UI web design experience with Figma, adhering to a detailed, on-brand digital design system. 3 years experience with web content management and creating website sections in adherence with logical user journeys. Demonstrated experience creating and updating webpages in enterprise level Content Management Systems (CMS), ideally Optimizely. Sound discipline knowledge gained through experience in project management and with Jira. Sound discipline knowledge gained through experience in analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4. Knowledge and experience in web analysis and heatmapping such as hotjar or Microsoft clarity.
