Job Description
This is a pivotal role in our APAC revenue growth team, where you will support CRM, CPQ, and digital commerce solution sales across various industries. As a technical consultant and strategic advisor, you will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and cross-functional stakeholders to craft customer-centric solutions.
* You will act as a hands-on technical expert, guiding customers through discovery, design, and demonstration of tailored solutions.
* You will lead engaging technical discovery sessions and workshops to uncover customer challenges and use cases.
* You will design and deliver product demonstrations that effectively highlight business value.
* You will build trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* You have 7+ years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting, sales engineering, or a similar role.
* You have deep expertise in CRM and CPQ technologies, ideally across platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Adobe, or Shopify.
* You have strong technical understanding of APIs, middleware, cloud-native architecture, and web technologies (JavaScript, JSON).
* You have proven experience conducting technical discovery sessions and designing customer-focused solutions.
* You have excellent communication and presentation skills across technical and business audiences.
