Job Description
Deliver high-quality customer service and reception support to clients and stakeholders.
Manage administrative requirements of referrals, group programs, and workshops effectively.
Provide first point of escalation for external provider and client enquiries.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new staff and contractors.
Assist in financial and office management, including processing invoices and managing IT or property needs.
Maintain data integrity and contribute to quality assurance, compliance, and audit processes.
Ideal Candidate Requirements
* Experience in administrative and operational support within a health or government service delivery environment.
* Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.
