Role: Early Childhood Teacher
Centre: Goodstart Traralgon Park Lane
Employment Type: Fixed Term Full time (12 months)
Pay: $43.55 - $66.09 per hour (dependant on qualification and experience)
Responsibilities
- Ignite a love of learning in children and guide their development with purposeful and energetic teaching practices.
- Build strong, meaningful relationships with families to ensure every child feels a sense of belonging and is supported to thrive.
- Mentor and inspire educational practices in your room and collaborate with the centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs.
- Contribute to outstanding outcomes for children through effective planning and delivery of the curriculum.

Goodstart Traralgon Park Lane is an 86 place centre with an inclusive and supportive culture. The location is accessible to local schools and shops with on-site parking. The centre has a long-standing team with many members having over 10 years with Goodstart and is committed to building strong relationships with children and families.

You’ll Need
- Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
- Current Vic Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
- Active registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
