The role in one line

Manage the end-to-end delivery of social media retainers and projects, acting as the primary client contact while executing culture-first copywriting, community engagement, and creator/influencer management.

What you will do

* Manage day-to-day comms and WIP meetings with social media clients.
* Produce native social copy for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and emerging platforms. Short form, caption-led, voiceful and platform-aware.
* Run community engagement that goes beyond moderation: start conversations, surface insights, elevate opportunities and turn fans into advocates.
* Schedule and manage posts across retainer clients using Monday.com and platform publishing tools.
* Research, engage, contract and manage creators and influencers to produce social content.
* Operate Meta Business Manager and TikTok Business Manager including Creator Marketplace workflows.
* Use social analytics and listening tools (such as Meltwater and platform analytics) to surface community insights and performance and deliver reporting to clients.
* Understand client social strategy objectives and translate these into clear creative briefs for internal creatives and influencer partners.
* Collaborate with Producers, Creators, Paid Social and PR to align owned content and community activity with campaign windows.
* Triage and elevate issues, keeping brand voice consistent across reactive and planned comms.
* Contribute ideas and cultural observations to internal and client conversations, meetings, brainstorms.

Must have

* 2-4 years of experience in social media copywriting and community management at an agency or in‐house.
* Demonstrable, platform-native writing for social‐first audiences and a strong sense of voice.
* Comfortable running community conversations, crafting thoughtful replies, and initiating engagement campaigns - not just box‐ticking or cut-and-paste from FAQs.
* Practical experience with Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Manager and Creator Marketplace.
* Experience with social analytics / listening tools such as Meltwater or equivalent.
* Competent with Monday.com or other scheduling/project management tools.
* An organized production mindset: asset and scheduling discipline and deadline driven.
* Cultural intuition: knows when a brand should lean into fandom, entertainment or trends and can clearly explain why it matters.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, and an ability to defend creative choices with concise rationale.

Nice to have

* Experience supporting paid/organic alignment or creator collaborations.
* Video scriptwriting experience or hands‐on short‐form editing knowledge.
* Agency experience across multiple retainer clients and the discipline to switch context quickly.
