The Role:
Tiny Bites Speech Pathology is seeking a passionate and experienced Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our dedicated team on a part-time or full-time basis in Townsville, Queensland. In this vital role, you will provide therapy services to children and their families, helping them develop essential communication and feeding skills.

What you get working at Tiny Bites Speech Pathology:

* Flexible working arrangements - Part-time and full-time hours available

* Inhouse supervision – weekly/fortnightly depending on your needs, supervision can also be outsourced if required

What we're looking for:
We are looking to grow our team of likeminded and passionate clinicians. If you feel our values align and you tick all the boxes below, we would love to hear from you!

* Bachelor of Speech Pathology

* Currently registered with SPA (Speech Pathology Australia)

* Own professional indemnity insurance

* Current Working With Children checks for QLD

* Eligibility to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check

* Driver's licence and own car

* Are reliable and organised

* Have flexibility in clinical practice and confidence in clinical decision-making

* Strong organisational and time management skills

* Can work independently and within a team

* Understanding of family-centered practice

* Commitment to informing and empowering families

* Strong partnership and collaboration skills with clients and allied health professionals

* Understanding of different approaches to paediatric assessment and intervention

Positions available:
Minimum 2 years of experience is desired however not necessary, new graduates are encouraged to apply. We are currently offering the following types of positions:

* Full-time Speech Pathologist

* Part-time Speech Pathologist
