We are looking for an enthusiastic Commercial Litigation/Insolvency Lawyer or Associate (~1-4 PAE) to join our team based at the Brisbane office.
Your new role
* Manage a diverse file load under the supervision and with the support of Senior Lawyers and Partners
* Act for and provide advice to liquidators, trustees, administrators, receivers, and company directors in insolvency and bankruptcy matters
* Act for clients in all forms of commercial disputes, and work with Senior Lawyers and Partners in large complex dispute matters run across multiple jurisdictions
* Draft pleadings advices submissions correspondence and instructions to Counsel experts
