Key Responsibilities:
* Mentor and support early-career therapists and colleagues completing their EFS program.
* Champion evidence-based practices and facilitate implementation of new initiatives.
* Facilitate learning and development activities to upskill the team.
* Collaborate with the team to meet clinical targets and achieve impactful results.
Requirements:
* Holds a degree in Speech Pathology and current membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
* Has a minimum of 3 years' experience practicing as a Speech Pathologist.
* Brings strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
* Has experience in community-based and/or disability settings; NDIS experience is highly advantageous.
* Is committed to mentoring, coaching, and developing others.
