Bespoke Colour Consultant
The primary responsibility of this role is to guide clients through the colour selection process, ensuring a personalized design vision for their homes.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and attend core supplier appointments to facilitate effective communication and streamline the colour selection process.
* Organize additional sessions for premium or bespoke builds to cater to diverse client needs.
Liaison with Suppliers and Internal Teams
* Record client selections and submit Variation Documents in a timely manner to ensure contractual inclusions are accurately captured.
* Complete internal and external colour and material selections to meet client expectations.
* Prepare clear marked-up plans and facade colour mark-ups to facilitate smooth project execution.
Client Expectations
* Demonstrate excellent communication and client-facing skills to build strong relationships with clients.
* Able to manage multiple appointments and design requirements simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
* Possess strong interior design knowledge and attention to detail to deliver high-quality results.
