Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (.NET & React)
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our technology team, building scalable, high-performance applications that power our digital healthcare solutions. In this role, you'll work across the entire technology stack, leveraging both .NET and React ecosystems to deliver exceptional user experiences and robust backend systems.
What You'll Do
* Build and maintain our frontend experience, backend services, and database ensuring seamless integration between various user interfaces and backend APIs.
* Work directly with our product team and quickly translate requirements into full-stack technical solutions
* Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence
* Ensure Best Practices in code quality, testing, and deployment across the stack
* Lead technical initiatives and contribute to architectural decisions
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years of combined experience in .NET backend and React frontend development
* Strong proficiency in C#, .NET 6 & 8, React.js, and TypeScript
* Deep understanding of software design patterns, principles, and best practices
* Expertise in API design, implementation, and consumption
* Proficiency with state management solutions like Redux and side effect management with Saga
* Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud architecture
* Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
* Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems and find pragmatic solutions
* Growth Mindset: Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and adapting to changing requirements
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
* Experience working with MongoDB
* Experience with React Native for mobile application development
* Familiarity with Next.js framework
* Experience with Node.js for server-side development
* Experience with AWS cloud services and containerization (Docker)
* Understanding of DevOps practices
