The Role
We are looking for a proactive and professional Key Accounts Manager to oversee our major client accounts and service contracts.
This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining strong client relationships, securing new business opportunities, and supporting our marketing and growth strategies.
You will act as a key liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, accurate reporting, and exceptional client outcomes across all service areas.
We are looking for someone with:
Strong account management experience, ideally within fire protection, building services, facilities management, or a related industry.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Well-organised, detail-driven, and able to manage competing priorities.
Confident in client presentations, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Experience with maintenance management systems (experience with UPTICK is an advantage).
Ability to identify opportunities and support business growth.
