Role Description
We are seeking an Interior Designer for a full-time, on-site role located in Woolloomooloo, Sydney. The role involves planning and designing interior spaces, creating construction drawings, developing FF&E; schemes, collaborating with architects and contractors, and ensuring the seamless execution of design projects. You will play a key role in transforming ideas into innovative and functional interiors that meet client needs and expectations.
Qualifications
- Excellent proficiency and expertise in Revit required
- Experience in Space Planning, ensuring efficient use of space for functionality and aesthetics
- Knowledge and skills in Architecture and Interior Design to develop innovative and cohesive design solutions
- Proficiency in creating accurate and detailed Construction Drawings
- Understanding and selection of FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) to enhance design projects
- Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Prior experience in residential or commercial interior design is highly regarded
- Strong communication skills in the English language
