As our National Manager Health, Safety, and Environment you will be at the forefront of shaping our Workplace Health and Safety, and Workers Compensation programs, blending strategic vision with operational expertise to lead initiatives that truly matter.

**What You'll Do**:
- **Lead the Charge**: Evolve and maintain an innovative Workplace Health and Safety Plan, making safety a core priority across our organisation.
- **Inspire Change**: Coach and mentor leaders across the organisation, empowering them to cultivate a culture of safety and well-being.
- **Drive Excellence**: Conduct risk assessments, manage hazards, and recommend proactive measures to create safer workplaces for our people.
- **Be our Expert**: Collaborate with our leaders to minimise the impact of workplace injuries, ensuring timely returns to work and supportive rehabilitation processes
- **Make a Difference**: This is your chance to make an impact and shape the future of health and safety at Able Australia.
**What You'll Bring**:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Workplace Health & Safety, and Workers Compensation
- A comprehensive knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety Acts, Regulations and Codes of Practice in the States in which Able operates (VIC, QLD, TAS, and the ACT)
- Project management skills with ability to identify safety issues and lead change management initiatives
- An ability to communicate effectively & maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholder to influence and achieve change
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant and related discipline e.g. Workplace Health and Safety, Human Resources.
