We’re partnering with a well-established chemical production company based near Bella Vista, offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Fitter to join a high-performing maintenance team in a clean, safety-focused environment. This is a permanent, full-time days role with strong earning potential through regular overtime and a great work-life balance thanks to an early finish every Friday. The Role Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll be responsible for keeping production equipment running efficiently through both planned and reactive maintenance. Key responsibilities include: Preventative and breakdown maintenance on plant and equipment Fault finding and root cause analysis on mechanical systems Working on pumps, conveyors, mixers, valves, and process equipment Supporting continuous improvement initiatives Maintaining accurate maintenance records and compliance with site procedures Ensuring all work is carried out safely in line with company standards What’s on Offer Monday to Friday dayshift (great work-life balance) Early finish every Friday Regular Saturday overtime available (penalty rates) Stable, long-term role with a reputable business Clean, well-maintained facility with strong safety culture About You Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter.
