As a Service Engineer you will deliver high-quality technical services and solutions across Industrial Automation systems. This role is key to ensuring reliable operations, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities:
* Deliver lifecycle support for automation systems - design, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
* Execute service contracts and projects on time and within budget.
* Provide technical expertise across PLCs, SCADA, DCS, telemetry, and networking.
* Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
* Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
About you
You'll have a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline and a minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in industrial automation services/projects.
Key skills and experience:
* Knowledge and working understanding
of networking protocols (
TCP/IP, Modbus, OPC
) and networking fundamentals
.
- Experience with cloud platforms (
Azure, AWS
)
will be an advantage
.
- Programming
s
kills in Python, C#, C/C++, JavaScript.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
