Operations Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational activities of our Goldfields Division, ensuring that project outcomes are met through effective resource utilisation and in accordance with company objectives.
This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven background in managing complex projects, stakeholder engagement, and site-based personnel. A strong understanding of asset management and inventory control is also essential.

* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar senior management role within a drill and blast contracting environment.
* A proven background in managing complex projects with successful stakeholder engagement.
* Proven experience with management oversight of site-based personnel.
* A strong understanding of asset management and inventory control.
* Experience ensuring ongoing compliance to Safety and Business Management System.
* Experience monitoring site revenue and spend to ensure budget gross margin is met.
* Strong computer skills using Microsoft and inventory control software applications.
* Sound analytical and evaluation skills.
* A diploma in Frontline Management, Surface Operations or similar.
* A current HR Driver's licence (essential).
* A National Police Clearance (essential).
* A current WA Shot Firer's Ticket (desirable).
* Quarry Managers Certification (desirable).
* Current S26 Certification (highly desirable).
