About The Role
The Production Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Production Manager by coordinating daily and weekly production schedules, monitoring job progress, and ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. This is a hands‑on coordination role requiring strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Production Manager with daily and weekly production scheduling.
* Coordinate and monitor job progress to ensure production timelines are met.
* liaise with production teams to address workflow, resource, or scheduling issues.
* maintain and promote high standards of product quality.
* ensure workplace health and safety standards are consistently followed.
* assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient production environment.
* manage inventory levels to support uninterrupted production.
* maintain accurate production documentation and records.
* identify and support continuous improvement opportunities within production operations.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or coordination role.
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* Experience with inventory management and production documentation.
* Good communication skills and ability to work across teams.
* Sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
* High attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency.
