Your Key Responsibilities
* Manage high-value customer accounts and complex sales enquiries
* Prepare and review quotes, contracts, and project documentation
* Coordinate with logistics, operations, and finance to ensure timely delivery
* Monitor sales performance data and identify areas for growth
* Support our leadership team with forecasting, planning, and key account management
* Maintain accuracy across CRM and inventory systems
Your Requirements
* 3-5 years' experience in a Sales Support or Customer Service role
* High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
* Strong attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills
* Able to juggle priorities, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressure
* Positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service
