**Who are we looking for?**
We're looking for an experienced **Workplace Services Coordinator **and **Facilities Lead **to be integral members of our growing team across the Logistics and Business Support teams. Based in our **Brisbane office **, these positions will see you enjoy a varied and busy role utilising your skills within the facilities management, hospitality and customer service area.

**Working with an energetic and high performing team, these positions offer a variety of work and will see you involved in areas such as**:
- Daily operation and management of our brand-new conference and events floor
- Visitor management for all incoming clients, guests, contractors and staff to the Brisbane building including security and property management, programming of access cards and management of repairs and maintenance within our tenancy.
- Outstanding customer service
- Playing an integral role in Health and Safety for anyone visiting our tenancy
**What you will bring to the team**:
- Highly skilled in the hospitality sector
- Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior knowledge of managing/ supporting building management services
- Ability to work autonomously, using initiative and with limited supervision
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Daily operation and management of our brand-new conference and events floor
