Maintain staffing to plan, own ER matters fairly and on time.Safety & quality: Champion WHS, Safety Walks/Talks, forklift safety and hygiene.
Maintain HACCP, GMP, ISO**** and environmental standards; ensure policy and statutory compliance.Operations & service: Manage inbound/outbound, loading/unloading and carrier compliance.Inventory & systems: Safeguard stock integrity, WMS performance and product traceability.
Run cycle counts, investigate variances, and authorise the monthly D365 finished product variance report.
Manage CHEP/LOSCAM pallet accounts across site and 3PLs.Planning & admin: Set daily picking schedules/order consolidation, receipt raw materials in D365 on day of arrival, and manage quality checks prior to put away by warehouse personnel.Cost & continuous improvement: Track spend to budget, reduce waste and drive productivity through structured CI initiatives.Qualifications5+ years warehousing/distribution supervisory experience (food/FMCG highly desirable).
Solid logistics knowledge and practical understanding of relevant legislation (WHS/chain of responsibility).
