Main Area Physiotherapy Role
Provide a high level of care and support to patients in their own homes as part of our community therapy team. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
About the Job
* Manage a caseload of patients requiring assessment and rehabilitation in a variety of settings, including their own homes.
* Triage and prioritise patient needs, balancing competing demands and requirements.
* Lead and train junior staff and students, providing supervision and guidance to ensure high-quality care.
* Work autonomously as part of a multidisciplinary team, referring patients to appropriate health and social care services as needed.
Requirements
* A physiotherapy degree or equivalent qualification.
* Registration with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC).
* High standard of written and verbal communication skills.
* Full valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for business use.
* Broad range of clinical experience in various settings.
* Evidence of multi-professional working and experience of supervising junior staff and students.
