Maintenance Coordinator Role Overview
The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for delivering high-quality and timely facilities maintenance services to our assets and stakeholders.
This role ensures that outsourced facilities maintenance meets contractual, organisational, public sector and legislative requirements within Correctional Centres, Youth Justice Centres and Courts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the day-to-day management of facilities maintenance services in conjunction with service providers to provide safe and functional facilities for staff, occupants and the general public.
* Manage stakeholder relationships to maintain ongoing levels of engagement and support.
* Conduct site visits, property audits; review and approve quotes; oversee contract requirements; ensure service delivery outcomes.
* Handle property insurance claims, financial review of costs, analyse data and performance within portals, and attend operational meetings.
This role requires a combination of relevant qualifications in Facilities Contract Management, Property or equivalent industry experience, as well as a current driver's license for travel across NSW.
