As an Electrical Team Lead, you will be instrumental in steering complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring the delivery of high-quality electrical designs and maintaining client relationships. Your extensive experience in building services, coupled with strong communication and leadership skills, will be pivotal in guiding and developing a team of engineers. DUTIES. Perform maximum demand, cable sizing and lighting calculations Prepare detailed electrical design documentation Lead and mentor the electrical engineering team Coordinate design meetings and liaise with stakeholders Manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables effectively Provide technical guidance and solutions Organise inspections and prepare defect reports Maintain client relationships and support business development SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent Proven experience leading projects within a building services environment Proficiency in PowerCAD and AGI32 Strong knowledge of local building codes and standards Excellent communication and leadership skills CULTURE.
