The Role: As a Chef at Yoko, you'll work alongside a passionate team, delivering consistently delicious dishes that celebrate both Japanese classics and Brisbane's local produce.
With a menu that spans premium sashimi to perfectly grilled wagyu, and a drinks list that's as inventive as it is fun, this role is for someone ready to bring energy, precision, and creativity to every plate.
What We're Looking For
Has at least 2 years' experience in a high-volume kitchen
Brings attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Loves working with quality produce and innovative dishes
Has a passion for Japanese or Asian cuisine (not essential, but a bonus)
Is organised, accountable, and keen to learn from some of the best in the business
