**About the Role**
We're looking for a confident, organised, and customer-focused individual to join us as a Customer Service & Sales Coordinator. In this role, you'll be the voice of our company, building relationships with customers and technicians, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Plus, the flexibility to work from home most of the time is an added bonus.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Interaction**: Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional assistance to customers.
- **Proactive Outreach**: Contact customers and technicians to schedule appointments, follow up on inquiries, and manage sales opportunities.
- **Sales**: Recommend and sell our range of premium sauna products to new and existing customers.
- **Organisation**: Coordinate schedules, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth communication between customers, technicians, and the team.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Handle customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently to maintain our high standards of satisfaction.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
