Your daily responsibilities
- Receive Stock Deliveries
- Pick & Pack Customer Orders
- Receive Customer Orders from Embroidery / Printing
- Deal with customer queries/complaints and offering solutions
Your skills and experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage tasks quickly and to be flexible.
- Experience with high level ERP systems
- High level of communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic with an excellent team and big picture focus.
- Positive, friendly and outcome focused.
- Be self-motivated and have the ability to use common sense and initiative.
- Hands-on “Doer” and “Finisher”.
- RELIABLE & ACCURATE with a high level of integrity.
