Home Care Worker (3) – VIC Golden Plains North – PPT – Experienced
We are looking for a Cert III qualified person with at least six‑months experience in a similar role, to join the Silverchain team in the Rokewood, Victoria area.

Requirements
* Valid Australian driver's licence and own insured, roadworthy vehicle
* Certificate III or above in aged care, individual support or disability
* At least six months similar experience, including personal care, manual handling, hoist training and medication assistance
Role Responsibilities
* General housekeeping: making beds, cleaning, mopping, vacuuming floors
* Laundry: washing, folding, ironing
* Meal preparation and grocery shopping
* Personal care: helping clients out of bed, shower, dress, take medications, assist mobility and therapy goals, support clients with high care needs such as dementia, provide social and emotional support, offer transport to activities or appointments, support family carers
