We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Casual School Cleaner to join our team in the Fraser Coast area. About The Role
* Casual position averaging 20–38 hours per week
* Monday to Friday roster
* Opportunity for the role to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate
* Work within a school environment following established cleaning standards
Key Responsibilities
* Complete general cleaning duties in line with Cleanworks' standards
* Ensure all doors in your designated area are securely locked before leaving
* Activate the alarm system upon exiting the site
* Safely store the school key issued to youReport any incidents to the Operations Manager immediately
* Respond to occasional unexpected cleaning needs
Requirements
* Available Monday to Friday
* Able to work during school terms and at least one week during school holidays (additional holiday work may be available)
* Strong spoken English and clear communication skills
* WWCC and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
* Experience in school or commercial cleaning preferred
* Experience in periodical cleaning (carpet cleaning, window cleaning, scrubber machines) is an advantage
* Professional, well-presented, and confident working in a school environment
* Able to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
