Job Summary
We are seeking a Teller to provide exceptional customer service and support in our branch.
* Deliver outstanding banking transactions, including cash deposits and withdrawals
* Educate customers on digital platforms such as online banking and mobile apps
* Identify opportunities to enhance customers' financial well-being through tailored solutions
This is a part-time, branch-based role working 23.25 hours per week across Monday to Friday.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you will need:
* Customer Service Experience: ideally in a customer-facing role
* Numerical Skills: proficiency in handling cash and accuracy in financial transactions
* Personality: an energetic personality with a genuine passion for helping others
* Resilience: ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
* Adaptability: a willingness to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies
