Store Location: Tuggerah retail precinct on the Central Coast, adjacent to Westfield Tuggerah and local transport links.
Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time.
Shift Schedules: Roster 1: Monday 11:00am–4:00pm | Saturday 12:00pm–5:00pm; Roster 2: Wednesday 8:30am–1:30pm | Saturday 10:00am–3:30pm.
About the Role: As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will deliver exceptional customer service and support new and expectant parents on their journey.
Responsibilities
* Customer Engagement: Connect with and understand the needs of new and expectant parents, providing personalised assistance and product recommendations.
* Product Demonstration: Guide customers through product features and benefits, ensuring they make informed choices.
* Stock Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure the store is well‐presented and organised.
* Flexible Scheduling: Work a rotating roster of adaptable shifts across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
Qualifications
* Prior Customer Service Experience.
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment.
* High standards in customer service and store presentation.
* Proficient in calming irate customers and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
Physical Requirements
* Able to lift up to 15kg between floor and shoulder, 10kg above shoulder height.
* Ability to wear a headset to communicate with the team on the shop floor.
* Stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
