We are seeking a Web Experience Specialist to maintain high-quality digital experiences that enhance our product communication and member experience. You will provide expertise in content management, digital governance, and optimization across website channels to ensure content is relevant, valuable, and aligned with our standards and tone of voice.
The ideal candidate will have:
* digital design, e-commerce or related field or equivalent experience
* relevant experience in digital content creation and management
* ability to simplify complex ideas into visually engaging webpages
* strong knowledge of SEO, web usability, best practices in digital channels
Key Responsibilities:
* improving and optimizing web journeys on our websites to ensure they remain relevant and valuable to members
* collaborating with content authors and stakeholders to improve content quality and drive a better member experience
* managing the output and quality standards of our digital journeys, including landing pages, key product pages, and personalized content
* conducting content audits and reporting
* optimizing digital channels and content experience
* ensuring web content meets editorial, quality, usability, and accessibility standards
