Admin Assistant - Immediate start preferred

Gold Coast
Casual position leading to Full-Time
Monday–Friday | 8:30am–4:30pm | No weekends

About Us

We are a well-established, rapidly growing cleaning and pest control company based on the Gold Coast. We pride ourselves on professionalism, efficiency and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a like-minded, enthusiastic and organised Admin Assistant to join our friendly team.

About the Role

This is a busy and varied role suited to someone who is proactive, detail-oriented and confident communicating with clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

* Answering phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
* Providing accurate information about our services to new and existing clients
* Managing bookings and coordinating schedules
* Planning and adjusting staff schedules to maximise efficiency
* General administrative duties (correspondence, filing, data entry, document preparation)
* Preparing weekly payroll
* Managing basic accounts processes (invoicing, following up unpaid invoices, responding to accounts queries)
* Assisting with recruitment (posting ads, screening applicants, booking interviews)
* Supporting onboarding processes (new employee paperwork, inductions)
* Updating social media and responding to online enquiries (preferred but not essential)
* Other general administrative duties as required

About You

* Minimum 1 year administration experience (required)
* Customer service experience
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* High attention to detail
* Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
* Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen (required)
