The Technical Support Specialist provides ICT services to staff, students, and other stakeholders within a college setting.
This role is responsible for delivering first and second-level technical assistance, managing hardware and software support tasks to ensure seamless operation of ICT services.
The Technical Support Specialist responds to daily technical issues, service requests, and collaborates with technical teams to resolve complex problems.
They work independently but are supported by senior technical staff as required.
