Our department provides critical support for housing and homelessness services. This role plays a vital part in enhancing the lives of individuals by delivering various applicant, tenancy, and property management services, as well as guidance to customers, advocates, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
 * Engage with customers, conduct customer interviews, facilitate referrals, assess applications, and manage tenancies effectively.
 * Establish partnerships with the community and other housing providers to ensure compliance with regulations.
 * Conduct home visits, investigate disputes, resolve issues, and oversee property maintenance initiatives.
 * Monitor outstanding arrears, rent assessments, pay deductions, and refunds accurately.
 * Utilize Microsoft products to maintain precise records and file notes.
 * Promote a workplace safety culture by implementing Workplace Health and Safety policies.
