Located in Rutherford, Hunter Valley Seat Specialists prides itself on having a reputation built on quality workmanship and high standards of work.

We are the preferred supplier to mining and transport organisations in the greater hunter region for pneumatic and mechanical seating systems.

About the Role

To be successful in this role you will be a positive, efficient and friendly individual who enjoys working as part of a small team, with tasks varying from day to day.

You will be comfortable working across various disciplines such as sales, accounts, project work and customer service.

You will be task oriented and enjoy ticking things off your to do list.

You will also be extremely proficient in all of the common electronic business tools, including Office, Outlook, internet, etc and will be comfortable learning and using software packages specific to the business without excessive training.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide admin support to sales and accounts
- Manage phone calls and bookings
- Restock office and work shop supplies
- Assist with basic AP/AR duties
- Data Entry
- Greet and assist visitors
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide assistance with record management and project work
- Perform other duties as required
- Fulltime Monday to Friday role. 7.30 – 4pm
- Attractive hourly rate
- Family owned and run

The Facts

Our office is a busy environment and priorities change regularly.

You will be willing and able to work under pressure, problem solve and to be challenged.

The position will require assistance within workshop space, which is dirty and dusty.

Some manual handling is also required.

An interest in mechanical practices would be helpful.

The position is for immediate start.
