* Supervise daily front office operations ensuring smooth arrivals, departures and guest enquiries.
* Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service embodying Accors Heartist culture and values.
* Assist with the training, coaching and empowerment of Front Office team members.
* Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures and Accor brand standards.
* Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally and efficiently.
* Support financial performance by adhering to cash handling and accounting procedures.
* Promote Accors offers, services and facilities to guests.
Qualifications
* Minimum 1-2 years experience in Front Office operations preferably in a supervisory role.
* Hospitality qualifications and strong computer/system skills (Opera experience desirable).
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Ability to work a flexible 7‑day roster including weekends and public holidays.
* Multicultural awareness and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
* Strong personal integrity, initiative and the ability to work independently.
