Adecco is currently seeking Operations Specialists for a field‐based role at our Brisbane site. The role involves working on the road using a company vehicle to retrieve, relocate, and manage bikes, scooters, and helmets. Duties include collecting damaged or low‐battery assets, redistributing equipment to high‐demand areas, manual handling, outdoor work, and using mobile apps while following all road safety and WHS procedures.
Location: Gold Coast
Hours: 6:00am – 2:00pm, Monday to Friday
Overtime: Occasional weekend overtime available
Hourly Rate: Day shift (6:00am – 2:00pm)
Employment Type: Casual with ongoing opportunities

Responsibilities

Your Profile
* Full working rights in Australia (essential)
* Valid Australian driver's licence
* Physically fit and capable of regular manual handling
* Able to work autonomously and manage tasks independently
* Comfortable working outdoors and amongst crowds
* Able to follow WHS instructions and safety procedures
* Confident using smartphones and mobile applications
