Our client, a large not-for-profit organisation, is currently seeking an experienced Information Management professional with some familiarity with Trim to join their team. This role will require you to work with users throughout Victoria, providing expertise around their systems from an information management perspective.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient business operations
- Provide system support and maintenance activities in accordance with standard procedures
- Liaise with stakeholders to establish their requirements and provide relevant solutions
- Participate in effective knowledge management practices by gathering information and collaborating with other staff members
- Conduct appropriate data analysis to identify trends, opportunities and challenges
- Liaise with relevant external service providers as needed
- Work effectively with internally focused teams and contractors to ensure that the information management goals of the organisation are met
Qualifications and Skills:
- Some experience with Trim is highly desirable but not necessary
- Able to demonstrate an ability to learn quickly and be willing to upskill
- Experienced with information management practices with a focus on system support
- A desire to work directly with customers to deliver a great experience
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of proactive problem-solving and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Able to work in a team or independently where required
Contract Type: Initially 6 months with a high chance of becoming permanent based on performance.
