This is an opportunity for a Property Manager to manage a small, tidy portfolio with flexible hours on offer
The Role:
* Toowoomba portfolio - local properties
* No trust accounting or invoicing
* No routine inspection
* Process and follow up on maintenance orders
* Prepare CMA's for lease renewals
* Issue leases
* Manage arrears
* Conduct exit reports
* Upload rental listings online
* Tenant sign-ups
* Liaise with owners and tenants
Monday - Friday only - NO SATURDAY WORK
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Previous Property Management experience
* A current Certificate of Registration is essential
* A valid driver's license
* Strong Communication and organisation skills are a MUST
* Previous experience using Property ME software advantageous
