About the Role: Are you a \"fixer\"? Do you enjoy working with your hands and helping people solve problems? Mister Minit is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Shop Operators. This is a unique opportunity to get paid while you learn four different trades: shoe repair, key cutting, engraving, and watch services.
Responsibilities
* What You'll Do: Fix Problems: Provide high-quality technical services, from cutting house keys to repairing favourite boots and replacing watch batteries.
* Brilliant Customer Service: Greet every customer with a smile, listen to their needs, and offer expert solutions.
* Daily Operations: Manage sales, use specialized machinery, and maintain a clean, organized shop environment.
What We Are Looking For
* Hands-On Attitude: You don\'t need experience, but you must be comfortable using tools and have good manual dexterity.
* Reliability: You are punctual and ready to work as part of a rotating team.
* Communication Skills: You enjoy talking to people and can clearly explain services to customers.
* Willingness to Learn: You are excited to complete our 3 month training program.
