A leading Big 4 Bank based in Kogarah, Sydney is seeking two motivated and customer‑focused professionals to join their Mortgage Support team. About the Role
You'll be the first point of contact for mortgage‑related enquiries from brokers. Your ability to communicate clearly, follow processes, and provide exceptional service will support smooth lending outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from mortgage brokers regarding home loan enquiries
* Provide accurate information aligned with the Banking Code of Practice
* Navigate multiple systems to resolve queries efficiently
* Deliver professional, customer‑focused service in every interaction
* Work a mix of in‑office and WFH shifts once training is complete
What We're Looking For
* Previous contact centre experience (essential)
* Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
* Ability to learn quickly and work confidently with financial information
* Understanding of the Banking Code of Practice (or willingness to learn)
* Reliable, adaptable, and committed to delivering great customer outcomes
Roster & Work Arrangements
- Mon & Tues: 9am - 5pm (in office, Kogarah) - Wed to Fri: Rotating roster until 8pm (WFH available for late shifts)
After daylight savings ends, late shifts finish at 7pm - Hybrid model available once training is completed
Training
- 4-6 weeks of comprehensive training - Delivered onsite in Kogarah to ensure full support and confidence before transitioning to hybrid work
