We are seeking a skilled Sales Coordinator to support our national grocery and foodservice teams.
Job Description:
The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in maintaining promotional calendars, submitting promotions, aligning sales trackers, forecasting, and providing customer support. They will work closely with the Sales Administration Team Lead to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Aligning sales tracker, maintaining promotional calendar, submitting promotions, reviewing slotting board.
2. Reviewing scan data, updating accrual reports, ensuring correct period accruals.
3. Attending demand reviews, liaising on volume changes, assisting with supply issues.
4. Collaborating on customer submissions, maintaining product database, handling new line submissions.
5. Main contact for Category Assistants, assisting with documentation and certification.
6. Maintaining pricing, monitoring blocked orders, reviewing price variances, assisting with price increases, preparing internal forms.
Required Skills and Qualifications include:
* Relevant industry experience within FMCG environment.
* Experience in a Sales Support role in FMCG, knowledge of trade spend structures would be well regarded.
* Intermediate Excel skills and SAP experience would be a bonus.
* Skills: Organizational, time management, communication, proactive mindset.
