Surface Drillers Offsider – FIFO Perth – From $110,000 PER YEAR
Redfield Resources is a leading recruitment organization partnering with major drilling companies across Australia and globally. This FIFO role supports surface drilling operations on 4/2 or 2/1 roster rotations. All travel, site accommodation and meals are covered.
Responsibilities
* Rod handling and rig maintenance
* Bagging samples and cleaning equipment
* Providing operational support to drilling activities
* Mobilisation and demobilisation of drill rigs from sites
Qualifications
* Resident in Perth WA – role is FIFO from Perth Airport.
* Previous experience in a physically demanding position, able to lift up to 40 kg.
* HR‑B Driver's License – required for surface roles.
* Willing to work on either a 2:1 or 4:2 roster on various projects across WA.
* Current National Police Clearance – within 6 months.
* First Aid Certificate.
* Must pass a comprehensive re‑employment medical, drug and alcohol screening.
* Not entry level to labouring and a physically demanding environment.
